Yvonne Parnell - Founder & Physical Therapist, MIAPT, BSc, MSc CORU Physiotherapist

I initially started out my career working in financial services but became interested in physical health and well-being after sustaining a spinal injury in 2005.  My injury forced me to withdraw from many of the activities that I loved to do and I found the recovery process slow and frustrating. So much so that I began training as a Physical Therapist with the Institute of Physical Therapy and Applied Science (IPTAS) in 2006 as a way of understanding the body's healing process in greater depth. Little did I know that I would find the whole area fascinating and it would shape the future of my working career. I qualified as a Physical Therapist in 2009, left my role in financial services and I have been working as a Physical Therapist ever since. 


Since 2009 I have set-up and operated two Physical Therapy clinics,  trained and worked as a tutor with IPTAS and served as a committee member with the Irish Association of Physical Therapists (2015-2017).

At onebody, I work as a Senior Physical Therapist where I enjoy treating a broad spectrum of clients and delivering small group classes. I have a keen interest in spinal injuries, chronic conditions and pregnancy related conditions. 

Stephen McDonald – Founder & Physical Therapist, MIAPT, BSc, CORU Physiotherapist, Studying MSc Neuroscience

As a Physical Therapist/Registered Physiotherapist my main area of focus is on athletic musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation. Over the last number of years my professional career in Physical Therapy has focused on working with sports codes; GAA Teams, soccer, camogie, martial arts clubs, cyclists and runners. I have a background in Martial Arts and am a former National Kickboxing Champion. I am a strong believer in keeping up-to-date on evidence based research and training to achieve the best outcomes for my clients and applying the latest treatment protocols. 


Like Yvonne, my background  prior to Physical Therapy was in Corporate and Multi-national Senior management. Outside of our clinical practice, I now help design and implement wellness program's for companies, using the skillsets of our team to bring a holistic approach to health. We've helped build and design initiatives for Multi-nationals and SME's , from management engagement to on the ground program's. As part of ongoing education my CPD focuses on the Neuroscience of Pain and how our physiology leads us towards negative thinking leading to stress and anxiety, a primary driver for pain and unhappiness. I deliver programs on how understanding patterns can help take action to break out of these cycles leading to healthier happier habits. 

Yvonne McKeon - Nutritional Therapist BSc

After having worked for 18 years as a sales coach in the corporate business sector, my passion for helping people has led me on a path in health & well-being, believing that nutrition is the cornerstone for a happy and healthy long life.


In 2016 I qualified as a Health & Nutrition Coach (BTEC Advanced Diploma) and then in 2019 I qualified as an Nutritional Therapist (DipNT) after furthered studies in Nutritional Science and Therapeutics with the Irish Institute of Nutrition & Health (IINH). I am also a registered member of Nutritional Therapists of Ireland (NTOI) since 2016.


Since 2016 I have been working with clients to help to improve their health and well being. Instead of prescribing a particular fad or a 'low' calorie restricted diet, I tailor personalised well-being programs to meet clients unique needs by using an array of whole-foods, therapeutic supplements and lifestyle changes to restore and safeguard sound health. I also deliver various corporate wellness events, talks, workshops, demonstrations and group sessions.


My approach is to maximise an individual's health potential through nutritional and lifestyle changes. Using a solid evidence-based approach, clients are empowered and supported to adopt new lifestyle choices and embrace real and measurable results. My special areas of interest are digestive health, immune system support, weight loss management and female hormone balancing.

Paul Kennedy-Dalton  CBT Psychotherapist 

Paul holds an MA in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a BA (Hons) in Psychotherapy & Counselling as well as a Professional Diploma. He is an Accredited Psychotherapist (APCP). He sees clients in Stillorgan on Thurs in Onebody Clinic.
His approach incorporates several psychotherapeutic modalities including:
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
• Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT)
• Counselling and Psychotherapy.

The main areas that he assists clients are:
• Stress Anxiety, Generalised Anxiety and Panic attacks,

Ann McDonald - Yoga Teacher & Massage Therapist

I have worked in the healing arts for over 20 years through the medium of massage and other healing modalities; I have practiced Hatha yoga and meditation for 16 years. I am certified at the advanced 500 hour level with Ireland's leading registered training school, Yoga Therapy Ireland.

My personal experience is one of transformation from young women with a lot of physical pain, anxiety and a tendency to worry. I wasn't aware that I was anxious until I started to practice yoga. I thought that being yourself or being in the moment was just an intellectual concept which had no power to transform my anxiety or physical ailments.

Through my practice, I experience a sense of ease within myself that I don’t have to achieve anything. I can just be. Already within me is that feeling of home, of refuge, being able to just be in my own skin and feel how good it feels to be alive.

Motty  Varghese - Sleep Physiologist

I am a graduate Respiratory and Sleep Physiologist and worked in ST James’s Hospital as a Senior Physiologist for 15 years. I am licensed by the Board of Registered Polysomnography Technologists in the USA and has completed a Mini fellowship in Behavioural Sleep Medicine from Perelman School of Medicine under University of Pennsylvania. I believe sleep is the cornerstone to optimal physical and mental health, and established and operates Sleep Therapy Clinic where I offer non pharmacological treatment for behavioural sleep issues and insomnia. Sleep Therapy Clinic also offers sleep studies to screen for sleep apnea.


I have a keen interest in clinical research and has presented at national and international conferences. I also collaborate with corporate employers to optimise employee sleep, to improve their productivity and efficiency. Andrea Murray - Nutritional Therapist

I developed a keen interest in nutrition following the birth of my third child. Having spent the previous 5 years managing food sensitivities and eczema with all 3 of my children I was driven to see how food can help the body heal and recover naturally from the inside out.

I qualified in 2009 as a Nutritional Therapist and subsequently a NLP Practitioner. I am not only very passionate about food but also about how to practically manage our food choices within everyday living. All of my advice and recommendations are focused on the individual's food preferences and most importantly their lifestyle. My approach is practical, pragmatic and realistic.

Outside of individual consultations in Nutritional Therapy, much of my work centres around talking to groups within schools, health clubs and GAA. I often receive feedback from these talks about 'how simple it is' to make changes. I feel that when accessible education is involved it is much easier for an audience to understand the reasons 'why?'. I am fully committed to education and through this ensuring every audience understands the importance of eating well – my ethos is 'eat well and feel great!
