Our methodology uses evidence-based manual therapies, movement education through small group classes and combines it with the latest research in nutrition and psychology to help the client get in to the right frame of mind to help the healing process.

At onebody we develop tailored treatment plans to ensure you can get back to normal function as quickly and as affordably as possible. We don't encourage multiple expensive visits with individual therapists. We work to get you doing what we all should be doing as humans and that is moving freely!

Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy

High Intensity Laser Therapy

Manual Therapy/Healing Therapy

Manual therapy techniques are skilled hand movements and skilled passive movements of joints and soft tissue and are intended to improve tissue extensibility, increase range of motion, induce relaxation, mobilise or manipulate soft tissue and joints; modulate pain and reduce soft tissue swelling, inflammation, or restriction. Techniques may include manual lymph drainage, manual traction, massage, mobilisation/manipulation, and passive range of motion.

Healing therapy enables the client to experience a deep sense of relaxation while releasing deep areas of tension.

Whole body Assessment

Modern medicinal research has shown that the best way to experience a healthier pain free existence is through treating the individual as a whole rather than just the site of pain. Sustainable food plans are tailored for you to meet your nutritional needs and lifestyle. Our onebody practitioners work in a partnership with you to provide a whole-person treatment plan, looking to address the underlying cause of your symptoms.

Pain is individual and everyone feels it differently. To the level of sensitivity in the body, awareness, acceptance or resistance. We focus on pain education and carefully considered movement coaching. Through evidence based approaches we teach our clients about pain and what our nervous systems need to adjust, to know what triggers pain and how we can help calm your system down. We help with the desensitisation needed to help to create more energy, well-being and comfort in your own body.
